KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for preparing meals. The dining area includes a custom-made reclaimed wood table and chairs, along with bar seating for three. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for guest convenience.
LIVING ROOM
Relax and unwind in the living room, which features a smart TV for your entertainment needs. You can cozy up by the fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
BEDROOMS
Howlin’ at the Moon features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious open loft. The main-level bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, jetted tub, and double vanity. Upstairs, the open loft offers a queen-sized bed, smart TV, a rocking chair, cozy nooks, and access to a shared restroom with an oversized shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy meals on the front porch table while taking in the surrounding natural beauty. The back deck features a double glider for peaceful relaxation. Both levels offer covered decks with stunning views, and the basement deck is furnished with rocking chairs for unwinding in the tranquility of nature.
PARKING
We provide free parking for your convenience. There is a parking space available for 2 cars in front of the cabin. For additional cars, please park below the driveway and walk up to the cabin.
GOOD TO KNOW
Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted.
Howlin' at the Moon is pet-friendly; dogs are welcome for $50 per dog per night, but cats are not allowed due to owner allergies.
Driveway is steep but manageable; in the winter, you will need a 4WD
We do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to the tongue and groove.

Adorable cabin. Loved the Christmas lights on the front porch and the Christmas tree in the living room. The pool was a hit with the kids, although the hot tub never got above a lukewarm temperature. Nonetheless, the kids enjoyed it and didn't complain. This was the best stocked cabin we've ever stayed in so huge bonus points for that. Plenty of portable fans, laundry/dish pods, towels, extra linen, and even snacks. We would definitely stay agin.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was perfect for our whole family—spacious, comfortable, and well laid out so everyone had plenty of room. The location was incredibly convenient and close to everything we needed.The steep driveway even added some fun and entertainment to our stay—it’s definitely steep, but totally manageable!The host was more than accommodating and responded quickly to every question we had.We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely stay again!

The pool needed more water. I spent an hour filling it with water. I did because the pool pump was very loud every night. I finally figured out there was no water going into the pump, it was spitting out air into the pool & the pump run loudly. The pump is under the master bedroom. I could hear it run at night. I thought about messaging the host but it was to late. I wanted to sleep before we left the next day.The cabin needs a deep clean. the furnace filter needs to be changed, the door that pulls the return air is filthy. There is what I believe is a dead reptile underneath the baseboard in the basement level. Under all the couches has lots of pet hair and food. I look under and make sure my kids' toys were not under the furniture. The outlets in the master bath don't work. They are not gfci. Upstairs shower doent drain well.The coffee pot has the clean light on, too. I ran water through it a few times to freshen it before I used it. The washer and dryer closet is dirty.There was no chalk for the pool table. one of the sticks was missing the tip. One of the joysticks is broken on the game console, we couldn't play together. dehumidifiers were full apon arrival and smelled. I dump them out. There was slimy black mold insides of them. We did use them the first day and then turned them off because of mold & it pumped out heat. The carpet smelled like pee.
