This is the perfect home to rent in Chico! The hosts were wonderful and made sure everything was perfect. The home is super cute and comfortable. It’s in a perfect location and it’s easy to walk to downtown restaurants and Bidwell Park. We hope to come back!

Hosts were fantastic! The house was stocked with snacks and necessities. We were close enough to downtown to walk to food and coffee and parks, but far enough away from the crazy night life. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful host and property! We had everything we needed and then some provided for us. Our host was very responsive with any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. Nice neighbors and neighborhood. Very clean. 10/10! Highly recommend staying here!
