Fantastic and lovely
The bedsheet and pillow case was not changed all through my 6 days stay.
I used the same beddings all through my stay.
The room was not swept and cleaned all through my stay.
Daily sanitary conditions needs to be put in place by the management of the facility.

Clean, spacious and modern room. The beds are ok comfortable (the bed was a bit hard) and the room is located in a very calm neighborhood. Staff was polite and helpful, even if a little disorganized. I came for a long weekend (3 nights). It was a good option for the price, and was just good enough as a base to visit the center of the city (15-20min away walking).
Even if the room is modern and "new", it is already falling apart. The shower door doesn't close properly, and for some reasons the bathroom light is activated by movement, which means it close many time while you shower. 🤷 It took the hotel an hour to give me an active key card when I arrived. It feels a bit disorganized. I can't really recommend the place, but it was definitely okay and cheap, and it was functional enough, if you don't care about those things.

It was competitively priced, and it was right by the bus stop and the city centre
No cooking or eating equipment was provided to be actually able to use the kitchen, the fridge was too loud to be able to sleep when it was actively cooling, and the wall to the main corridor was quite thin
