About this house rental
A 48 m² apartment located in a private residence directly on the lake, ideal for accommodating up to 4 people. You will find the accommodation at entrance C, next to the bar; take the elevator to reach the second floor. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen-dining area, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, and coffee machine, one bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The residence offers a large shared garden with a terrace, furnished with a big table and chairs for guests to enjoy outdoor lunches or dinners with a lake view. By using the elevator and going down to floor -1, you can access the garden, the beach, and three shared piers on the lake directly. Outside, there is a shower available, ideal after a day at the lake, and a playground for children.
The famous Vittoriale is about 1 km away, and the nearest airport is about 36 km from the apartment.

The apartment is clean, well located and easy to access with free parking. The host was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and waited for us as we got stuck in traffic. The only thing I didn’t care for was asking for an additional cash payment at check in for “sheets and towels” which the host said were not included. This is incredibly strange, I have never experienced something like this, so be aware. Despite this, I would still recommend this apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and right on the lake. I have nothing but good things to say about our host/owner. Very friendly, accomodating, he gave us some great tips and made us feel at home. I/we would def. stay here again!
