Stone Project Villa is a fully renovated 76 square meter stone house situated in the charming village of Pigi, in the heartland of Crete. It's within walking distance to a tavern, a cafe, and a supermarket, and just 2.5 kilometers away from the local sandy beach.
This two-story house features a living room on the ground floor, equipped with a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a bed for an additional guest, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a spacious veranda with garden views.
Internal stairs lead to the first floor, where you'll find another double-bed bedroom with a balcony offering lovely views of the surrounding area and its beautiful natural surroundings.
In the exterior, there's a 20 square meter swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as patio furniture for outdoor dining and BBQ facilities.
Pigi village offers a cozy traditional tavern, a cafe, and a supermarket. It's just 2.5 kilometers from the local beach, and within a 7-kilometer distance, you can explore the lively town of Rethymno with its extensive tourist amenities and attractions.

Wonderful stay at this charming Crete villa! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming - despite a small language barrier, we managed perfectly with Google Translate and smiles.The villa was modern, spotlessly clean, and adequate for our group of three. While smaller than photos suggested, it had everything needed. The compact 2x2m pool was perfect for cooling off.Excellent location - easy walk to town with three fantastic tavernas, good supermarket, and bakery nearby.Minor maintenance points we shared: rain shower head needs replacing (handheld shower worked as backup), and second shower head needs attention. Nothing major, but worth noting.Key suggestion for property management: provide clearer arrival instructions! We only got GPS coordinates for the villa itself, directing us through extremely narrow streets unsuitable for cars - luckily we stopped before attempting to drive through! Please include the specific stone project number and GPS coordinates for gate entrance opposite the football field, plus highway directions avoiding tight Pigi village streets entirely.Despite these small points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this villa. The hosts' warmth made our stay truly special!
