Camera pulita e spaziosa nel nostro caso una queen superior,personale cordiale e pronto a aiutare in caso di bisogno ad esempio per noleggiare un mezzo di trasporto direttamente sul luogo ma anche per rendere il giorno del check out il più facilitato possibile tenendoci le valigie ma anche prenotandoti già un viaggio in taxi al ora prestabilita per L aereoporto e anche variazioni di orario della reception per farsi che tu possa prendere le tue valigie al ora che vuoi molto positivo affidatevi a manolis sempre disponibile in tutto

It’s been a pleasure to stay in Hollywood Inn Faliraki Hotel. Brand new object! The owners and all staff are the nicest people ever. Very kind and helpful. We got complimentary two beach towels and a beach bag. Room was pristine clean and everything worked as it should. Quiet A/C, smart tv with an option to log in to your Netflix and prime video, coffee machine with four capsules of Nescafé coffee. Perfectly clean bathroom, room cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts with possibility to order earlier breakfast when leaving early in the morning. Too much to name how excellent the place is, have to experience it yourself! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! We were leaving the hotel early in the morning and fresh, delicious sandwiches were ready for us, with two bottles of water and two costa coffees. (Which is based beside the hotel)

Cet hôtel est idéal pour transiter d’une région à une autre, pour une durée limitée de quelques jours et non pour de longues vacances. Nous avons loué la suite avec jacuzzi, un vrai bonheur. Dommage que le canapé-lit ne soit pas un convertible mais juste une banquette (1 place) car comme je séjournais avec ma fille, nous voulions avoir nos espaces distincts. Du coup la banquette n’est pas très confortable pour un long séjour. De plus, la porte d’entrée ne ferme pas correctement et laisse passer le bruit important de la route principale à fort trafic; l’installation d’une porte mieux insonorisée serait à prévoir, Points forts: - insonorisation entre les chambres - Discrétion absolue des femmes de ménage - Personnel agréable et disponible (mais attention la réception ferme dès 11h et durant la journée, mais il y a un numéro de téléphone si besoin) - Petit déjeuner délicieux et varié - Agréable piscine - Peu de chambres donc peu de personnes

Points faibles: - pas de bar ni pour la journée à la piscine ni pour le soir (mais un café/snack juste à côté ainsi qu’un restaurant (bonne nourriture mais serveurs/serveuses pas aimables) - À 10-15 minutes à pieds du centre et de la mer. Pas trop loin mais les aller-retour en pleine chaleur sont vite contraignants, car l’hôtel est isolé

- rooms were nice & clean, very lovely design. shower was good. - cleaners lovely, coffee shop staff are lovelv. - room has mini fridge, although this turns off when the room key is removed so orange juice kept going off. - 10 min drive from airport

everything else- - the man who checked us in rude, charged me extra on arrival because the man selected wrong payment type on the card machine so I was charged an extra £50!! but this was no bother to him he didn't care as he said the extra money did not go to him. - balcony is on a very busy main road, sooo noisy! rarely sat on balcony as not ideal for relaxing. good for drying your clothes though. - pool is shallow like a kids pool, also doesn't get any sun. is only open 10-6pm. no atmosphere at all at the hotel no music or pool table or anything like that. - no bar or facilities at the hotel as reception is always closed. there is a small bar with a couple bottles in reception. (Costa staff will bring bottles and cans to you instead though) - no late check out option - actually kicked us out earlier than we paid for and we could not shower before our late flight & due to lack of facilities had nothing to do but walk around in the heat all day. (the nice boy at the coffee shop let us sit in reception for a while to cool down) - we booked for check out at 12 and the owner was adamant they needed the room for 11 so we lost an hour in the room which was unfortunate due to us having such a late flight and no extended time in a room. - it's a fair walk to the strip/restaurants/bars especiallv in the heat, location is not great. there's a lot of hotels closer, this one's probably one of the furthest away. - breakfast at property choice is poor and is €16 each too expensive. If you want a good breakfast/food go to Steves restaurant cafe which is about a 5/10 min walk from the hotel the food is lovely and cheap. we booked 3 days before going so we were limited for choice, should’ve gone for the cheaper options of hotel as this worked out around £130 a night self catering with no facilities or entertainment at the hotel.
