We stayed in the apartments and overall found them nice and comfortable. The location was decent, and the facilities met our expectations. However, a couple of issues affected our stay. Some of the towels had an unpleasant odor, but the cleaning lady was helpful and changed them upon request.
Unfortunately, on the day of our checkout, someone rang the doorbell at 9:44 AM and entered the apartment without waiting for a response. We were still in bed, and a woman from the cleaning staff walked in and asked if we were checking out at 11. We confirmed, and she simply closed the door without any apology or explanation. This intrusion felt quite disrespectful and disruptive, especially given we still had time before checkout.
With a bit more attention to guest privacy and courtesy, this place could be a much better experience.

My three kids (ages 8, 14, 16) and I stayed at a TopFloor Apartment and loved it. Super clean, modern, and fun. Great view of the skyline. Easy to walk 20-30 mins to do our tours in Old Town/elsewhere in Vilnius. Great place to stay. Will be back.
