Well furnished condo that was clean and comfortable.
Very cold when we got in and it took a long time to warm it up.

The layout of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom plus access to an open deck area with a view of the water. Access to pickleball, swimming pool and trails.
- Vacasa communications excluded the unit number in reminder text, which was confusing to locate.
- WiFi information was incorrect with Vacasa
- Guest passes were not on file with beach club and created extra work.
- Property has a musty smell.
- Vacasa needs to update information on beach club amenities, pickleball courts.
- Vacasa needs to update information on outdoor grill, which was on-site. We did not use it, due to misrepresentation.

Spacious living room and all 3 rooms were huge with own bathrooms. The pools were wonderful, even outdoor pool was heated. Both pools were large. We spent a lot of time swimming. The kitchen was well equipped.

The location was lovely, beautiful views from the deck and the condo is spacious and comfortable. Close to many things to do in town or hike outdoors, or just walk along the beach.
