Great property that with a bit of care could be excellent. Plenty of room
Curtains and better lighting in the lounge would make it much more pleasant. The bathroom is a bit grim Keybox down by the floor is a nightmare - especially after a night on the Toon

Comfortable beds and cosy heating. Spacious lounge, with comfy sofas. Easy access and good communication with host. Clean and tidy throughout.
Water not draining in washbasin, flickering light fitting in one bedroom, door fallen off the tumble dryer, toilet seat had to be fixed by hubby. Kitchen equipment old and grubby. Badly kept front garden and back yard had rubbish in it.

The location
Toilet flush was not working first day, tries to fix the problem and then blamed us for breaking it, and wanted to charge us when it was broken from before We went a day without a toilet. Slippery hazard in the kitchen.
