The community of Pirates Beach West is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood on the slower paced West End of the Island.

On the main floor you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, one bedroom with a XL twin over queen custom built bunk bed and one full hall bathroom. A front deck with Gulf views and a spacious back deck with a seating area, dining table and amazing sunset and pool views

The top floor has the master en-suite king bedroom with private balcony where you can enjoy million dollar views of the Gulf from a custom swing bed as well as two queen en-suite bedroom/bathrooms.

A bonus bunk house with 2 single over full bunk beds is located on the ground floor with access only through the garage, no access though main house. This is best suited for older children.

You will find the kitchen well equipped with pots and pans, drip coffee maker, crock pot, blender, large pantry and island. Smart TVs/Roku are mounted in every bedroom with a 65" HD TV in the living room. WiFi is provided for your internet and streaming needs. Sonos receiver with Bluetooth connectivity and outdoor speakers are ready for your playlist. The ground floor offers a large heated pool and spa, two gas fire pits and plenty of covered patio space for hanging out and playing games. A gas grill is provided, three outdoor showers with hot and cold water, outdoor games including a ping pong table, corn hole, PICKLEBALL NET (driveway is flat and perfect for a regulation size pickleball court) plus beach chairs, beach umbrella, pop up tent, beach toys and beach wagon in the garage.

-NO PARTIES, events, prom/homecoming groups, weddings or large gatherings

-Primary renter MUST BE STAYING ON THE PROPERTY
- No UNREGISTERED GUESTS
- NO PETS are allowed on the property
- NO SMOKING
- OUIET TIME 10pm-8am

POOL RULES:
-Swim at your own risk
_ Do not leave children or weak swimmers unattended
- NO GLASS IN POOL AREA
- No JUMPING, DIVING, or FLIPPING
- Make sure gates are closed at all times
~ Close and secure umbrellas when not in use (they will blow away
- TURN OFF pool and spa HEATERS when not in use (fines will apply)

**Travel insurance is strongly encouraged especially during hurricane season (May-Sept). Make sure to read policy thoroughly to ensure proper coverage and refund ability. Refunds may not be possible according to cancellation policy without travel insurance.
