In the heart of the city and close to the Arena, this apartment offers you the promise of living like a true Nîmes citizen by taking advantage of all the places to visit and all the specialties to taste.

- Bedroom: The bedroom consists of a double bed, a window overlooking a very quiet courtyard. In transparency thanks to a glass roof, the bathroom is adjacent to the room, while leaving all the necessary intimacy.
- Bathroom: the bathroom is equipped with a spacious Italian shower in white tiles similar to the Parisian subway. A washbasin integrated into a wooden cabinet with three drawers allows you to store all your personal effects.
- WC: the WC is located in the bathroom.
- Kitchen: the large kitchen is custom made with carefully selected wood materials. It is functional and offers a spacious work surface, an integrated oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, an integrated microwave, a dishwasher and induction cookers. Numerous storage spaces offer all the dishes and kitchen tools necessary for home-made meals. A large custom-made table will allow you to sit comfortably (up to 4 people).
- Living room: the resting area is located in the extension of the kitchen and has a comfortable sofa bed, a TV cabinet, a television, a coffee table.
