A localização é muito boa, perto do Centro Comercial. O prédio é muito tranquilo, com estacionamento.
O apto é confortável, com roupas de cama bem limpas. A cozinha tinha tudo que precisávamos no dia a dia.
Tivemos dificuldade com os códigos de entrada porque não estamos acostumados com esse sistema. Sobre o apto, só uma boca de fogão não funcionou. De resto, nada a questionar.

La localisation de l’appartement est top pour aller à Disney. Il est propre et lumineux.
La literie mériterait d’être changée. Les lattes du sommier se défont et le matelas est très mou même pour qq un de 74 kg.

Very clean and organized with lots of space to store luggage and stuff.
Coffees and chocolate milk pods easy for the machine were a nice treat. The kitchen was big enough for a short stay but more than 2 people you will be standing to eat. Our 2 kids sat to eat so we stood.
The no key/automatic door: we got locked out twice but the first time we had to cal the owners. Pray your kids don’t touch the button inside because then it needs to wait to then relock then wait to try and push it again to get out and sometimes repeat. Also not the best feeling knowing the owners can reset the door at will and if we hadn’t memorized the access code and without our phones we would be locked out completely. Same goes for checkout as you leave the garage door inside the apartment so either you leave with your car all the way outside the premises and then leave by foot one of the people on your group. Not the easiest checkout by far.
The mattress and sofa bed were not very comfortable.

Fine location. Big and spacy apartment. Nicely equipped kitchen .
- The owner demanded a security deposit of 800€ in order to hand out the code to enter the room. To be fare, this is mentioned in the fine print, which no-one reads, but should be clearly stated in the introductory text. Especially since at the same time I received a message from booking.com warning that the apartment is fully paid and every other attempt of the owner to get more money is suspicious.
- The room was not particularly clean. There were beer bottle lids stuffed in the cracks of the couch, hair in the bathroom and a stain on the bed sheets.
- The bathroom smells badly, like sewer. Additionally, the ventilation seems to run through several apartments and someone in one of those was apparently smoking, which brought the smell of cigarettes in my bathroom through the ventilation system.
- The mattress on the main bed is uncomfortable and already has a dent from previous use. The couch is also not particularly comfortable either. Some furniture, like the bathroom cupboard under the mirror, are old and damaged.
- Sound proofing is limited and sometimes you could clearly hear what was going on in the corridor or the other flats.
