The house was amazing, done to a fantastic standard, everything you could possibly need and much more, the owners left us lots of nice touches! Walking distance to the small town and beech. Frinton is a lovely old town, perfect for a quite break and local walks.

So many thoughtful touches. Anything you might need you would probably find. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were so appreciated. Provision for families with small children seemed excellent, with plastic dishes, cups and cutlery and also books and toys in the fun bedroom with the bunkbeds.
So helpful on the phone when we needed help with something.
Only suggestion we would make is access to more than one house key. As a group of 4 adults, who did not always do everything together, it was sometimes difficult to organise who should take the only key.
