The cabin was beautifully furnished. It has an overlook with a mountain view a short hike away and there are a few trails on the property. It is very quiet and comfortable. It is located in a beautiful region.
This property is hard to get to. It doesn't appear on all GPS's and the unpaved road on which it is located is in poor condition in places. You definitely need a four wheel drive to get to this cabin.
Also, while you can hike on the property, you cannot hike on adjacent properties. You cannot even hike up and down the road. We had to drive considerable distances to find good hikes.
Also, the neighbors do not seem friendly.

The scenery was beautiful. The Lookouts that they built on the property it was awesome we had a picnic. I love the country road in front of the cabin it's so peaceful there's an old wooden fence that runs down the road. My dogs loved it the walks were so pretty. There's all kinds of hiking trails. The cabin was so cozy and welcoming. My family and I loved it.

It is a cozy cabin, with a nice seating area and kitchen. The trail signs were most helpful, taking safety into consideration as well as direction. I spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the cloud display.
There was difficulty with Wi-Fi and TV coverage, but we failed to call the helpful owner for assistance as he suggested. We did not like the rain, but enjoyed watching the mist rise from the valley. It would be nice to have a microwave.
