Das Gebäude ist so gut wie neu und mit Allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann. Große Parkgarage direkt unterm Haus, ausgezeichnete Sauna- und Wellnessmöglichkeiten und super Betten. Zudem ssehr sicher, da alle Türen nur mit der Karte zu öffnen sind.
Leider liegt das Haus an einer stark befehrenen Straße und einem rauschenden Bach, wodurch wir auf der Terrasse ziemlichen Lärm aushalten mussten und nachts mit geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen haben.
