Location, comfortable, warm, linen/towels/tea cloth included, washing up liquid/cloth provided, hand soap provided, nicely decorated. Kitchen equipment and utensils etc good. Views are great - the advert doesn't adequately reflect this.

Comms with Sykes cottage - not the owner - received 18 emails saying pretty much the same. Shower is electric so not much power but perfectly adequate.
