Excellent location. Light and airy, especially for the older part of Menton
Unfortunately there were unpleasant smells, partly due to water being left in the washing machine which, once discovered improved in the kitchen, but one of the bathrooms remained very smelly.
Some of the pots and the frying pan were incompatible with the induction hobs.
You needed to watch your head in the bedrooms as the ceiling and rafters were very low. We got used to this.

La situation dans le vieux Menton et l'appartement comprenant deux chambres, deux salles d'eau et deux wc, ce qui rend une autonomie complète si l'on vient à deux couples. Cuisine très agréable ainsi que belle pièce séjour-salon.
Certains éléments mériteraient, bien que neufs, des réglages.
Mais pour notre séjour de 4 nuits, rien n'était très urgent, et la personne en contact a été réceptive à nos remarques.

Very good central location in old town.
The electrical lead on the mobile air conditioning unit in the second bedroom was too short, meaning that you could not put the hot air exhaust pipe out of the velux window. Therefore, it could not be used.
Just a suggestion to provide a folder with local details etc and where to dispose of rubbish from the apartment.

It was difficult to find the property as we arrived late and dark. More instructions rather than the address would have been helpful as would how to find the lights! The second set of stairs had no lighting and that was difficult and dangerous as the hand rail is not very stable and easily came away from the wall. Being ladies of a certain age I’m not sure this property is suitable with those with any mobility problems.
