About this house rental
This charming semi-detached holiday home spans two floors and comes with its own sheltered terrace – the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxed evenings outdoors. It is beautifully located in Kalvehave, right at the foot of the bridge to Møn, with its marina, inviting waters, and a child-friendly beach just a short stroll away. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a cosy entrance hall leading into the open-plan kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher for easy holiday living. The adjoining dining and living area invites you to gather for shared meals, games, or film nights. A radio, CD player, satellite TV and DVD player are all at hand, while large doors open directly onto the terrace, blending indoor comfort with outdoor relaxation. Upstairs, in the light-filled attic, you will find two bedrooms, each with two beds, along with a modern bathroom. The layout makes the house especially well-suited for families or small groups travelling together. As part of a well-maintained complex of 20 quality holiday homes, guests enjoy shared access to fantastic facilities. Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool, warm up in the sauna or solarium, or challenge each other to billiards, table tennis or table football in the lounge. There is also a dedicated PC room with internet connection, as well as shared laundry facilities for added convenience. Younger guests will love the cosy playground nearby, which ensures fun and activity right on site. A wonderful base for exploring Møn and enjoying life by the water. Please note: not rented out to youth groups.
