A lovely apartment, warm and cozy in a quiet location, very clean and taken care of, easy communication with the host,

Some more kitchen tools are needed but we managed anyway

De woonkamer is enorm groot met een gezellig ingerichte eetruimte. Alles was netjes en compleet (handdoeken, beddegoed, wc-papier, afwasblokjes enz). Supergave omgeving met winkels op loopafstand met een bakker voor de broodjes in de ochtend. Echt een aanrader en mooier dan verwacht.

Eigenlijk niets

Gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung, originell eingerichtet mit viel Holz , gute Lage.

Im Sommer wäre es zu heiß und zu eng dort. Niedrige Balken( Kopfstoßgefahr). Geschirr ( Tassen) könnten zahlreicher vorhanden sein. Tagespreis für Hund zu hoch!

St Johann in Tirol is wonderful. Property is close to supermarket, hiking trails, and easy access to nearby mountain towns. Apartment is spacious.

1) host gave us the wrong code to the key lockbox, multiple times; not ideal when trying to get into the apartment after a long trip. 2) two of the bedrooms are down in the basement... little daylight, bit stuffy. 3) living area is very spacious but lacks the coziness of your typical Austrian chalet. 4) construction happening at the neighboring lot meant constant and incessant noise, starting early morning. You'd expect that's something that the host would warn its guests about ahead of time and/or compensate for. They didn't! 5) host was more interested in collecting every last cent of the booking (and actually overcharged us) than asking us about how our stay had been. Bit disappointing. They must have recognized that since we received an apology from the host after the fact by SMS.
