Très agréable petite maison très proche du centre ville de Barcelonnette, tout à fait conforme aux photos disponibles sur le site. Très calme, bien équipée. Point de départ idéal pour des randonnées dans la vallée de l'Ubaye.
Ne convient pas aux familles avec jeunes enfants ou pour les personnes âgées qui auraient de difficultés de locomotion du fait de 2 escaliers non sécurisés pour accéder à la maison et à la seconde chambre à l'étage.

Une maison superbe , un vrai cocon. Propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Proche du centre ville, calme , petit jardin très bien entretenu et terrasse très agréable
Mettre une rampe pour les escaliers extérieurs .
