For an exceptional stay in the heart of Tours' historic center, we are delighted to welcome you to this beautiful apartment located within a 15th-century mansion, classified as a historical monument.
Nestled at the foot of the majestic Saint-Gatien Cathedral of Tours, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the cathedral's stunning apse.
This unique location offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich history and architectural beauty of one of the Loire Valley's most significant religious landmarks26. The Saint-Gatien Cathedral, built between the 13th and 16th centuries, showcases a wide range of Gothic styles and features an elaborate flamboyant façade.
This spacious apartment has been completely renovated to offer comfort worthy of a charming hotel suite. Every detail has been carefully considered to create an elegant and welcoming space where you will immediately feel at home.
You enter into a beautiful living area with a well-equipped kitchen space (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop...), a living room with a convertible sofa (140x190 cm), and a dining area.
The gas stove adds a touch of warmth to the room, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, perfect for cool evenings.
The large bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with either a 160x200 cm bed or two 80x200 cm beds (the bed is initially set up with 160x200 cm bedding; please let us know if you prefer two separate beds). It also features a TV (Freebox channels, fiber internet), a clothing rack, a desk, and access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The landscaped courtyard, accessible from the bedroom, provides an idyllic setting for relaxation and full enjoyment of your stay. With its comfortable garden furniture, you can settle in and admire the view while savoring a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Feel free to store your bikes in our safe, enclosed courtyard.
The rate includes high-quality hotel-style bed and bath linens, with the bed made up for your arrival.
Self-check-in is available via key box from 4 PM, with check-out no later than 10 AM.

We stayed for 8 days in Feb/March. Perfectly located within a 10 minute walk of the station (very convenient for trips to Chennonceaux, Amboise and Blois-Chambord) and Place Plummeau the flat was amazing with antique paintings and objects d'art in a modern setting. The local school is nearby and uses the bus stop outside the house but apart from about 15 minutes every week day the area was very quiet. L Hedonist restaurant is 250 metres away and was our favourite of the trip. Further along there are Lebonese, Tuoron, oyster bars, Indian and Afghan restaurants before you reach Plummeau with local artisan bakers and a convenient Carrefour
