Located in the peaceful countryside of Montalto di Castro, this charming farmhouse with 1 bedroom is perfect for a couple or a small family seeking a relaxing break. With access to a shared swimming pool, a lovely terrace, and cozy interiors, it offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Just 3 km from sandy beaches, it’s a great base for sun-soaked afternoons. History enthusiasts can explore nearby archaeological sites like Vulci, Tarquinia, and the Etruscan museum and castle. Picturesque spots such as Capalbio, Mount Argentario, Viterbo, and Lake Bolsena also make for enjoyable day trips. Golf lovers will find several courses within easy reach, and restaurants, shops, and the town center are all conveniently located 1 km away.
Inside, the farmhouse features heating, air conditioning, a well-equipped open kitchen, and a TV in the living room. Families with kids will appreciate the play equipment, cot, and high chair. You can relax on the furnished terrace while the little ones play or enjoy a round of table tennis. Parking is available, and up to 2 pets are welcome at a small extra cost.
