About this house rental
❤ LOCATION - Unobstructed beautiful views of Big Creek tucked away in a quiet part of the lake with quick access to free waterway and marinas (Whitman Hollow is a 5 minute boat ride...boat rentals available there!)
❤ FLOOR PLAN - Thoughtfully planned out to accommodate 2-3 families. 3 master bedrooms with en-suites (2 king beds and one queen) and 2 bunk rooms for the kids to enjoy!
❤ BREATHTAKING VIEWS - amazing views from many rooms and 2 expansive decks that look out over the beautiful water.
HOME FEATURES
✬ A spacious floor plan that allows everyone to gather upstairs while cooking and eating or enjoy time in the living space downstairs watching TV or shooting pool. These multiple living spaces allow families to gather together or spend some time apart.
✬ Walk out to deck from the master onto the upper level expansive deck.
✬ Patio Bar & Propane Grill, Blackstone and Fire Pit on upper deck along with seating for 8 and rocking chairs to sit and take in the view. (Total outdoor seating for 14)

This well-built home in a quiet cove has been completely renovated as of Spring 2022. All new paint, upstairs flooring, decor, bedding and furnishings. All decisions were thoughtfully made and families with young children were kept in mind! You will have available with your rental a highchair, booster seat, pack and play and children's dinnerware, utensils and cups. We understand going on vacation means minimal packing if possible!
The bedrooms and common spaces have been carefully thought out to ensure an easy and enjoyable vacation for 2-3 families. There is great space inside to entertain and 2 large decks for outdoor enjoyment.
Our gorgeous home is located thirty minutes from main highway I-75 on a quiet street. Our home has 39 wide stairs that provide an easy walk to and from the dock. There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway and an additional gravel pit across the driveway for parking or a boat trailer. There is a boat launch in the neighborhood and an additional drop about 15 minutes from the home.

House was great! VERY clean with lots of room for everything and everyone. The walk in pantry was amazing for all the food and bags. Tons of bath linens and well stocked kitchen. One of the easier walk down to the dock compared to other places. Also, very centrally located on the lake which was great for us because we like to visit different marinas.

Amazing stay for our family trip to Lake Norris. Prime location, great dock, clean, convenient & spacious home. Plenty of beds (the quad double beds were amazing for kids) & family gathering spaces were great for everyone. Communication for check in & check out was excellent from hosts. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for opening your beautiful home!

We have been going to Norris for the past 12 years. This lake house was exceptional. Very clean! Plenty of room. Just a very good set up.Misti was readily available to answer any questions we had and responded quickly. Although we didn’t have many. Meal prep was easy any everything we needed was there. The trip down to the dock was not too bad. I am 70 and was able to handle it. There were plenty of things for the kids to do. Corn hole on the lower deck. Giant connect four , a pool table with plenty of room to play. A tv in every bedroom. We were very comfortable!!! I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place.

Everything thing was as listed. Host were very easy to communicate with and couldn’t ask for anything better. Easiest walk to the lake out of the three other houses we have stayed in. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to it.
