Very convenient and excellent airport shuttle plus breakfast provided
Room was a bit too warm as air conditioning not powerful enough. Carpet starting to get worn but that’s minor

Location was excellent, just 5 minutes from the airport. Breakfast was very good. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful: they even opened the breakfast room 10 minutes before they were supposed to to accommodate us (we had to rush to the airport before normal breakfast time).
The air conditioner in our room did not work. Also, it would have been helpful to have a bit more specific directions to available restaurants in town instead of just saying "650m from the hotel" (we ended up walking far longer than necessary in the hot sun before we realized that the place we wanted to go to was hidden behind big bushes on the left side and off a side road).

It is very close to Malpensa airport.
Maybe coffee machine. It is very old and can't have a proper coffee for breakfast.

Location. Though taxi from the airport was expensive and very difficult to find at 1am. Unusual.
Dirty. Lots of insects.
