The house is in a great location, just up from the beach and behind the high street. Even in October we managed some sea dips! The Aga kept us nice and toasty. Cromer itself is lovely, and the house is very accessible from the station (about a 10 minute walk). We didn’t take a car and there was plenty to do (pubs, adventure golf, walks, beach, pubs, coffee shops and great charity shops!). It’s great to find 4 double bed properties as we often struggle.
As some of the other reviews mention, there is a slight smell of drains (particularly in the en-suite upstairs) but I think it is a street problem rather than house problem as we also caught it further down the road! We were lucky with weather and it was mostly clear and dry, but if it was wetter and we were inside more we might have felt a little cramped in the living/communal spaces for 6 adults and a baby.

All the seats were stained and the kitchen cupboards were chipped, especially the fridge has started to look a little little bit bit tired
