About this chalet rental

The 1A ChaletKlippitznest is our sunny jewel box with alpine character. At an altitude of approx 1530 metres above sea level it is located in a lovely hiking area. The new panorama sauna offers breathtaking views towels/bed linen are INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Felden and Wörthersee are close.
The beds have been upgraded with the highest quality mattresses and toppers A 50" UHD TV with entertainment system is another highlight
In summer the spacious wooden terrace invites you to enjoy the view.

Electric Wallbox for cars directly at the house.
Important to know: There are 2 bedrooms with 1 doubled in each room. There is one children room with a brunkbed for 2 kids. Approx 180cm long. There is also one big couch in the living room, which can be prepared as a bed for 2 people. When you come with 6 adults, please think about it, if you are OK with that!
Please note: Sufficient towels/bed linen/linen, electricity for heating, as well as a large quantity of original Nespresso capsules are INCLUDED in the price!!!
Our quality mattresses, down bed linen and individual upholstery selection on site ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.
Of course, bed linen and towels are provided.

"1A Chalet" owns and operates all 1A Chalets. We expand every year with ingenious accommodation at the highest "individual" level.

Enjoy perfect skiing in a spacious skiing area during winter, wonderful hiking routes in spring, summer and autumn.
You don't need a car to ski. You walk a few minutes to the piste and can leave directly for the ticket office and then take the lift to enjoy the slopes. If there is enough snow, you can ski comfortably to the chalet at the end of the day.

Relax in front of the fireplace, enjoy the bathtub and wellness shower or unwind with the gorgeous view.
The kitchen offers everything your heart desires. The Nespresso machine is of course available and there are some capsules for free use on site.
Furthermore, a 50" UHD TV ensures relaxing TV on the couch with Netflix, Sky and everything that goes with it.
Other important notes

If you have several friends or relatives or a large family, you have the option of booking 3 chalets (including this one) right next to each other. The other two 1A chalets can also be found on Airbnb. Feel free to send a message for the link.
In spring, Velden invites you to take a trip, enjoy fine dining or a relaxed stroll, you can be in Velden within 40 to 60 minutes. The Wörthersee lido in summer is a nearby highlight.

Hikes in autumn accompanied by the end of summer in our chalet.
