Very beautiful, comfortable house "Casa Alfredo", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Castel San Gimignano 13 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 11 km from the centre of Colle di Val D'Elsa, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 63 km from the sea. Private: well-kept terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool fenced (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 50 m, bar, bicycle rental 12 km, bus stop "Castel San Gimignano" 50 m, railway station "Colle di Val d'Elsa" 11 km, sandy beach "Cecina Mare" 63 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Das Haus liegt sehr nah an der Durchgangsstraße des Ortes. Wer bei offenem Fenster schläft, fühlt sich ggf. durch den Verkehr gestört. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es ruhig. Das Besteck ist reichlich vorhanden, allerdings sind die Messer stumpf u. lange im Gebrauch. Es gab nur eine 1-Personen-Kaffe-Pad-Maschine. Bei einer 6 Personenbelegung nicht ausreichend. Uns wurde umgehend eine neu angeschaffte Filterkaffee-Maschine zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke dafür. Es gibt nur 1 Fön bei 2 Bädern!
