The villa sits directly next to a protected nature reserve, is fully fenced, and cannot be seen from the outside – your private retreat with a spectacular panoramic view over the entire bay, stretching to the sea and the distant Alps.

Capacity: Accommodates up to 8 guests (4 French double beds 1.60 x 2.00 m, plus a sofa bed for one adult or two children).
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms (one newly upgraded shower bathroom in May 2026) and 2 additional toilets.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for passionate cooks:
Equipment: Nespresso machine with pods, herbs, olive oil, a wide selection of spices, Fissler cookware, WMF cutlery, and plenty of dishes and glassware.
Appliances: Induction stove, convection oven, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher.
BBQ: High-quality Weber grill on the terrace for social evenings at a large extendable dining table (8 seats).

Dieses Traumferienhaus liegt in den Hügeln oberhalb von Mandelieu-La-Napoule.
Bei Ankunft wurden wir von den Eigentümern persönlich sehr freundlich begrüßt. Kurze Nachfragen während unseres Aufenthalts wurden umgehend persönlich und sehr freundlich beantwortet.
Das Haus hat 2 Ebenen und ist liebevoll restauriert worden. Bäder und Küche wurden im ursprünglichen Stil belassen. Der Wohnbereich ist modern und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Alter und moderner Stil passen sehr gut zusammen. Auch der Außenbereich verfügt über 2 durch eine Treppe verbundene Bereiche. Der Pool liegt vor dem Wohn-Essbereich. Vor den Schlafzimmern im ersten Stock befindet sich eine schattige Sitzgruppe auf einer grosszügigen Terrasse.
Alles war blitzblank sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir fühlten uns sofort heimisch und die Abreise nach 2 Wochen fiel uns sehr schwer. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Eine Bäckerei ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen (wenn man auf dem Rückweg den Aufstieg nicht scheut). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art liegen nur wenige Fahrminuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
Monaco, Nizza, Cannes und St. Tropez konnten wir mehrfach besuchen da
Mandelieu als Basis für Ausflüge perfekt liegt.
Das Haus und der phantastische Panoramablick haben unseren Erwartungen in jeder Form voll entsprochen. Wir möchten uns für den sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen Haus bedanken.
