What a cute and cozy stay! This place was the perfect getaway for a solo trip to Chatt. I stayed for 4 nights and it was everything I needed. The home was VERY clean and fully outfitted with anything I needed - bedding, cookware, toiletries, TV. Dustin was communicative and helpful with recommendations for the area.It’s about a half mile to walk to the Signal Mtn lookout which was a beautiful stroll for sunset. The opposite direction was a great coffee shop and eatery. I enjoyed all three during my stay. Will definitely rebook for my next stay!

Everything was top notch! Great little guesthouse. Nice stay on the mountain. We enjoyed the neighboring parks and the Town on the mountain.
