The 27m2 studio sest on the 1st floor of a building without elevator. It includes a large room composed of a well equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sleeping area (double bed and a sofa bed)
The studio also includes a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
It offers great views of the sea. The large sandy beach and sheltered lagoon are the delight of young and old. And on the esplanade that separates it from the beach on Sunday morning you can enjoy the summer market where many merchants will offer among other fruits, vegetables, fish, shellfish, oysters.
Close to many restaurants and pancake shops, a bakery, a sailing school, a golf course and an equestrian center. A supermarket 4km.
Between Erquy and Cap Frehel, ideally placed to visit the cities of Pléneuf-Val-André, Dinard, Saint Malo, Dinan and the Rance Valley.

Description de la location conforme à la réalité. Séjour agréable dans un studio en bon état et bien équipé. Très bon accueil des propriétaires que nous avons eu plaisir à rencontrer. Location à recommander mais véhicule indispensable car aucun commerce à proximité.
Nous souhaitons le bonjour aux propriétaires et au plaisir.

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location, très bien située à face à la mer et à quelques mètres de la magnifique plage de sable dans une région magnifique et bien préservée. L''accueil des propriétaires était charmant et ils ont été disponibles à nous fournir aide et informations. Le studio était pourvu de tout l''équipement nécessaire.
We spent a very nice holidays in the apartment, located just in front of a beautiful sandy beach and nearby a supermarket, a bakery and restaurants. The owners were very helpful, friendly and available. The studio is fully equipped. This part of Brittany region is beautiful and well-protected. I highly recommend this location.
