Located within a few yards from restaurants, coffee shops ( Starbucks ), grocery store, parks. Miles of hiking and biking trails begin right outside your door. Close to Double Peak Park, the best views in North County San Diego. Pro move: hike from Lake San Marcos to Double Peak. The beach is only 8 miles away. Fully furnished a ready to go with 3 master suites perfect for an extended vacation, work from home, or temporary housing. Minimum 30 day rental is required, any term over 30 days considered. Higher discount percent for multiple months. Minimum one cleaning at mid way point in rental.
