Great location and very clean.
It was not represented well in listing. We thought it was a house not an apartment. It also didn’t really have a space to hang out. It was more like a hotel.

The front door would never open. We stood out there in frigid temps while he tried several times to make the code open the door!
The middle support on the stair handrail was pulled loose from the wall.
One leg on the kitchen chair was loose.

It was the perfect space for a family of 3. The location was wonderful being walking distance to the restaurants and stores on Walnut St. I used to live in Shadyside 20 years ago, so being back in the neighborhood brought back great memories.

The location was everything here. Since there is no kitchen, it is handy to walk a short distance for several lovely shops and restaurants. We loved the parking spot in the back. I was glad Gabriela responded within a reasonable timeframe to our questions/concerns.
- No bath Matt in the bathroom, but one arrived after we requested it. (Good)
- Keurig machine with few choices
- no ice in the mini refrigerator/freezer
- fire pit was not hooked up or even inside the pit itself … I wasn’t comfortable hooking up the propane so we didn’t use it.
- coffee mugs didn’t seem safe to microwave, usually it says “safe to microwave, not these. The inside was cracked, etc, so we didn’t have tea.
