Fajne czyste mieszkanie, dodatkowo duży ogród z basenem i dużym zadaszonym miejscem na grilla. Właścicielka ma psa labradora który bardzo lubi dzieci i jest łagodny, można go wypożyczać do zabaw z dziećmi.
Brak piekarnika, ale to szczegół.
