We had a great reunion with friends from Michigan here and we escaped the heat from Palm Springs. The place was comfortable and of course had the best views with beautiful sunsets and playful dolphins every morning. We enjoyed breakfast at The Naked Cafe, with amazing lattes, and had dinner at the solana beach kitchen as recommended in your binder.We walked the beach every morning and enjoyed the close proximity ( quick walk) of the small seaside market and CVS for essentials The hosts were great responding to minor inquiries within 15 minutes! One of the best locations we have experienced in SOCAL- We will be back !

We had two adults and three kids. Beach access and neighborhood walkability were terrific. Great views from the balcony. Bonus is the beach equipment provided by the owner. Quiet and relaxing setting. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our second time at this property. This time we stayed for a month. Everything was great. The condo has everything you need, is nicely decorated, safe and secure, and ocean views to die for! Can't wait to return.
