Good location in town centre, short walk to the shops and train/bus station. Good size room and facilities. Friendly, helpful hosts, great breakfast options.
Room was not cleaned to a high standard. Damp smell in hallway of property entrance.

The breakfast was delicious.
We never met Hazel so how could she be our host. We met Stephen and Malcolm. I only really wanted to stay one night but booked two by mistake. We asked about a partial refund but Stephen refused saying it was a two night minimum booking anyway. Guest house ok. St Austell is dire.
