Five minute walk to local shops and only Ten mins to Chadwell Heath tube. Ground floor property, comfortable with parking space outside ( Permit controlled).
No one to meet us on arrival, but key for property easy to obtain.

Great little house, good value and very convenient in every sense. Would highly recommend!
We could hear the people walking around upstairs. There wasn't any noise though so no real problems.

The house was in a good location, lots of shops close by, train station nearby. Parking permits available. My girls felt like they were at home. Kitchen had everything. From laundry rack to washing machine. Little patio to sit and hang your washing. Tv in every room.
Bed room tv good have good tv Ariel’s.

le logement est situé à 10 minutes à pied du métro et à cinq minutes des magasins
entrée pas très accueillante. Saleté autour des poubelles .
La literie n’était pas très confortable. Les canapés clic clac ont des matelas très très très fin, a conseiller plutôt pour les enfants.
draps sale à notre arrivée avec taches dessus,
présence d’une chaudière à gaz dans une des chambres du coup il fait plutôt chaud dans cette chambre.
WC bouché, douchette qui ne tient pas. Nous avons dû se laver avec juste le flexible.
en général, l’ État du logement n’était pas très très entretenu. Présence de plat sale dans le four poussière dans les placards, prises dénudées, Je vous mets les photos.
