This welcoming, pet-friendly farmhouse in Montalto di Castro is perfect for a small family or couple looking for a peaceful countryside getaway. Located in Lazio, it features a cozy bedroom with a bunk bed, a modern open kitchen with a grill oven, a living room with a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The home is set on the ground floor and includes a bright conservatory or veranda for enjoying quiet mornings.
The property offers several amenities designed for comfort and entertainment, including air conditioning, heating, a shared washing machine, garden furniture, and parking. Guests can enjoy a dip in the shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m, open May–September), challenge each other to table tennis, or let the children explore the play equipment. A high chair is also available for families with young kids.
With sandy beaches just 3 km away, you’re also close to cultural gems like the archaeological site of Vulci, the Etruscan museum and castle, and towns such as Tarquinia, Capalbio, and Viterbo. Enjoy a round of golf in Tarquinia (15 km) or Sutri (60 km), and take easy day trips to Rome. Shops and restaurants are within 1 km, and public transport is accessible just 2 km away.
