Duplex is a nicely decorated and very cozy apartment due to its atmosphere honey-colored wood.
Modern and very functional, it is fully equipped to accommodate 2 to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of 5 rooms on 2 levels: bathroom with bath, living room with lounge and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining area opening onto a small terrace.
The floor consists of a second bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds separated from the rest of the room by a large curtain.
We make available the necessary for your stay: bath towel and bath and shower downhill and kitchen towel.
A first need to kit consisting of a toilet paper roll, a little soap, dishwashing liquid, produced for the dishwasher and washing machine linen is provided.
To access the apartment, it's very simple. some of your mode of transport, we will be happy to meet you at the center of the front of the train station Venezia Santa Lucia.
