There are excellent walks and cycle routes available straight from the door, and the property has a lockable bike store available. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

I had a weekend stay with 3 friends in The Boot Room. Beautiful, cosy cottage with gorgeous view across the lake. Really peaceful and relaxing surroundings, it was exactly what we needed. So much so that we've already booked to go back next year! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend away.

Fantastic place to stay. Great base for walking. Closest shop is a good 45 minute walk but if you want to perfect place for walking and relaxing then come prepared. We loved the hot tub as well ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
