It was very clean and the staff were so welcoming. The room was well appointed and well thought out.

This family apartment hotel is a real home from home. All the staff greeted us like family, were always friendly kind and polite. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed and fully equipped, The beds were super comfortable the towels were large and cozy. Even though we were traveling as a couple and this hotel is designed with families in mind, the adult only spa (inc tea apples and nuts) and a sound proof room made it perfect for us too, The hotel provides a ski shuttle service which makes you feel like a VIP, thanks especially to Andrea who took us to all the ski start spots in the area, always greeting us with a smile and asking how are day was. Thanks also to Luisanna at the front desk and Amy too, we had a wonderful vacation and look forward to coming back.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, which made a big difference for us traveling with kids. One of the highlights was the playroom staff there were absolutely amazing. They were warm, engaging, and made sure the little ones were always entertained and safe.

several things left us disappointed. The parking spaces are extremely tight, making it difficult to get in and out. The pool area is very small — with just 10 people it already felt overcrowded. There are no options for lunch or dinner at the hotel, which is surprising for a place in this price range. One of the biggest letdowns was the attitude of the older lady receptionist. She came across as rigid and unwelcoming — more like she was doing us a favor than offering hospitality. When we were checking out, she refused to give our second child a small stuffed toy, citing “protocols.” It’s hard to understand — the toy clearly meant something to our child, and it’s not like giving one more would bankrupt the hotel. Especially disappointing when they charge €10 just to do one load of laundry yourself. That kind of policy just feels petty and overly focused on squeezing every euro out of guests. We don’t care about the toy itself — but for a hotel in this price category, these little things add up. The experience lacked warmth and flexibility. For what we paid, there are definitely better family-friendly options out there, and we wouldn’t return.
