Residenza Pioppeto is an exclusive solution, in the heart of the tourist area of Scerne, about 5 km from the center of Pineto. Along the driveway, the residence is located on the 2nd floor of the building on the right, reachable via a large staircase, it is the ideal solution for families who love space and comfort, offering its guests a holiday close at hand, with internal car for exclusive use, proximity to the beach and the tranquility of having a sea view! The entrance leads to a hallway that divides the living area and the sleeping area; the living room, finely furnished, has a two-seater sofa, and a large balcony to enjoy the time outdoors, the living area is completed with a space reserved for the kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have balconies; the master bedroom offers a seafront view, while the second bedroom has a side view of both the sea and the mountains. Walking for about 100 meters you will find the pebble and gravel beach, where the beach service is located and is included in the booking. The beach is bordered by the cycle path, and connects Scerne with both Pineto and Roseto. To give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price.
