Access via 4 steps: living room with fully equipped kitchenette, bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Baby bed available upon request.
Washing machine in the adjoining laundry room.
Unfenced 200 m² garden with private west-facing terrace (not overlooked), surrounded by pastureland with sheep, donkey, and pony. Covered courtyard and carport.
Professional clients not welcome. Ideally located near the spa resort of Bagnoles de l'Orne, this gîte benefits from numerous services and hiking trails in the surrounding area. Not to be missed: the draft horse farm with its impressive Percheron shows, as well as the amazing Tour de Bonvouloir. If you'd like, Jacky and Sylvie will show you how farm cider is made, from apple picking in the fall to crushing at the end of the year. You'll also be able to see the young lambs born each spring right in front of the cottage.
