This Upscale Lakefront Home provides the most sought after features of Lake home buyers - Miles of Open Water Views and Calm Water Conditions! This combination is not easy to find - especially on the Lake of the Ozarks!
You've likely heard the Lake of the Ozarks is the #1 Recreational Lake in the Country... With that comes sections of Lake that get quite crowded during the summer. Here, we believe we've found the perfect spot! Our guests get out on the water and get to ENJOY being on the Lake - Boating, Waterskiing and Wakeboarding, Wake Surfing, and Tubing - all right out in the channel behind the house. Riding Personal Watercraft is also so much more fun in the calm water - going fast and not getting beat-up... This area truly is a Watersports Playground!
Inside this quality custom-built home are Four Bedrooms and 2 and a half Baths. The Master Suite features a King Sized Bed, large screen TV, and a picture window framing a beautiful view of the Lake... The other Three Bedrooms all have Queen Sized Beds - one of which has two Queens... Finally, there is a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping in the main living area. Altogether, the home sleeps 10 to 12 comfortably and the Large, Open Kitchen and Living Areas have plenty of space to gather everyone together.
Outside on the Covered Deck is where you'll enjoy spending extended time taking in the view - and especially the Sunsets... The cushioned outdoor furnishings vary from table seating to rocking chairs. Adirondack chairs, loungers, and a picnic table are down on the boat dock where you'll enjoy watching the kids jump from the high-dive and swim in the Lake. Don't forget the fishing gear!

There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

The property was amazing! The deck, dock and views were spectacular. Definitely where we spent our time.The house was great too, just a few updates needed but very well kept.Jason the host was great, attentive and very helpful.Highly recommend and will be back!

Wonderful spot to enjoy the lake with our family. Beautiful house, plenty of space, great location, will definitely come back. We rented a boat for a couple of days and swam off the dock most days. Liked that it wasn’t as busy as some of the other areas. Boys loved the jump platform on the dock and caught so many fish. Only issue I could see is if you are traveling with anyone with mobility issues, it is a lot of stairs to get down to the dock.
