My husband and I spent 4 nights here in June. House was sweet-I actually rented this one in particular because it had a bathtub. (Most small rentals in the area only had showers). Nice large tub with plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer also a nice feature. We floated eleven point river three days. Will have to come back to float spring river next. Couple nice restaurants within walking distance. Check in was easy and owners checked in to make sure all was well. Recommended property and I also loved the reasonable price!

Overall the stay was good for what we were there for (float the Spring River). There were a couple of maintenance issues we took care of ourselves. The kitchen sink did not have hot water and the mini split in the living room did not cool well and was leaking water inside the house. We reported these issues to management.
