Multiple decks make this home the place to enjoy fresh air in a comfortable setting. Cook up a delicious meal in the fully equipped luxury kitchen, or grill on the deck while enjoying a lovely mountain view. The wet bar inside will keep refreshments going late into the night. You'll find charming artistic touches throughout this home, including unique tile details in the bathrooms and kitchen. Each morning, you'll wake up surrounded by good vibes and you'll love the phenomenal view from every window. Amenities include central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer, not to mention floods of natural light. Two separate desk workspaces are set up just outside the kitchen, perfect for collaborating on remote projects. When you're ready to wind down, enjoy a cleansing session in the private sauna. There's plenty of space for your entire group to settle in here - take a seat on the deck and kick back.
THINGS TO KNOW
As is common in the Sedona area, this home does NOT have a Central Air Conditioning system.
The fireplaces are not for guest use.
A sofa bed in one of the bedrooms provides an extra sleeping space.
Baby gates are available for younger guests.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The pros of this property are the location and the architecture. Its a unique property that could be stunning with a little TLC. It is walking distance to shops and resturants, except that it is up on a hill and there is no sidewalk or lights walking up/down the hill where cars could be driving.Overall the property was tidy, the towels and sheets were fresh and everyone felt that their beds were comfortable! Although the house was clean enough it is in desperate need of a very detailed cleaning and some yard work. The home needs major touch ups and fixes before it could be called a luxury stay. The kitchen is not well stocked for a large group interested in cooking multiple meals. But the view from the balcony is unbeatable.
