A second bedroom with attached full bath. Laundry room, reading area under stairs with 2 twin pull-out sleeping chairs finish this level. The fourth level has a pull out sofa bed. It is ideal for relaxing and provides access to rooftop deck with unparalleled views of downtown skyline, Cuyahoga River and Superior Viaduct. There is a two car attached garage and gated driveway. The house was exactly as advertised: plenty of room, great outdoor space, very clean. We had four adults in the house and it was plenty big enough. The grilling area and upstairs patio were a huge plus.
