About this apartment rental
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Moëlan-sur-Mer, this charming studio, in 200 m of the beach of Kerfany, of a surface of 22 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 12 m², a kitchen, a bathroom. Wifi. We are waiting for you!
It is equipped with a living room of 12 m² (about 129 ft²), with a fitted and with a cellar:
- A living room of 12 m² with a TV, a sofa bed (double) and storage space.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A private outdoor car park, located below the residence.
- The residence also has a petanque ground, pickleball pitch and table tennis tables.
Neighbourhood :
The flat is ideally located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the surrounding villages, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Kerfany beach located at 200 m (4 minutes on foot).
- Pont Aven is 18 km away (22 minutes by car).
- Quimperlé 16.9 km (23 minutes by car).
- Concarneau is 33.8 km (39 minutes by car) away.
- Lorient is 37.6 km (38 minutes by car) away.
Activities
You can walk along the GR 34 coastal path which goes around Brittany, the proximity of the ocean will also give you the opportunity to practice various water sports. Discover also the famous village of painters of Pont-Aven.
Events: Lorient Interceltic Festival during the first half of August, Douarnenez Film Festival at the end of August.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quimperlé station located 16.3 km away (21 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport 35.5 km (35 minutes by car).

- Bed linen on request: 20€.
- 1 pet accepted in the accommodation, for a supplement of €15. Please let us know at the time of booking.
- Free Wifi available.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you. You can ask for the cleaning in supplement to be paid on the spot: 40€/stay.
