About this cottage rental
The owners welcome you to their little corner of paradise, a true haven of peace where nature and the charm of the stone buildings transport you to another world.
With all their hearts, they renovated their 125 m² barn, in a "Green and Steel" style, into a private loft with a cozy and refined decor. The Provençal garden inspires serenity, its decor enhanced by glass and steel sculptures, the fish pond, the private heated swimming pool (May to September) with counter-current system (6 x 2.50 m), a beautiful spa for 6 people, a true relaxation space.
On the ground floor: you will be surprised by the ambiance and attention to detail. The open-plan kitchen is integrated into the spacious and comfortable living and dining area, equipped with high-tech appliances. And for enthusiasts, a pool table. The high ceilings have been preserved in the mezzanine, and musical instruments are displayed as decoration. The bathroom (with separate toilet) has also been tastefully decorated, featuring a walk-in shower and a designer sink by DESIGN BY MITCH.
Upstairs, take the contemporary staircase with its stylish handrail. The walkway leads to the two bedrooms. Depending on the season, you can enjoy two terraces overlooking a meadow with views of the Chaîne des Puys mountain range. Ayurvedic massage and wellness treatments are available upon request from the owner.
Enjoy the electric griddle on sunny days.
The 18-hole golf course, a restaurant, and hiking trails in the Montpensier Forest are all within 300 meters. All shops and services are within 1 km: grocery store, post office, physiotherapists, and hairdresser. The motorway is 3 km away.
Located 10 minutes from Vichy, a spa town with its Allier Lake, racecourse, casino, and opera house; 20 minutes from the Sioule gorges and Chouvigny for canoeing; and 25 km from Charroux, a listed village.
Clermont-Ferrand is 45 km away, and the Super-Besse ski resort, Super-Lioran, and Mont Dore ski resorts are 60 km away.
