I spent eight nights in this accommodation and everything was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of utensils in great condition. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I loved having breakfast on the balcony in the mornings.
The apartment welcomed me spotless and fresh, with clean, nicely scented towels. Even the neighbors in the building were friendly and always greeted me. There are also two elevators in the house, which was very convenient.
Everything is very closed, old town, beach, mountains (hiking/trailrunning), swimming pool, athletic track within 1 km, optimal for those that are in a search for a stay for training camp.
Yolanda was kind, responsive, and flexible throughout my stay. I really felt at home here. Thank you so much — I had a wonderful time and will definitely return, especially since the weather kept me from completing a few of my planned activities.
Not an extra high-category place to stay, but definitely worth for the price and highly recommended!
Kind of noisy evenings, neighbours’ menu can smell a little.

Ubicación, limpieza, el trato de la chica que entregó las llaves
Wifi y TV. Olor intenso a insecticida en el ascensor. No hubo ni señal de TV ni wifi durante toda la semana de la estancia, a pesar de que lo comunicamos al día siguiente de la llegada. Sólo hubo una llamada para darnos soluciones del tipo "reinicie el router" o "vea si la antena está bien puesta". Soluciones que ya intentamos el día de la llegada antes de comunicarlo. La última respuesta fue "pasamos el mensaje al propietario". Al final, pasó la semana y no hubo conexión en ningún momento. Repetiría, pero sólo si se arreglan esas incidencias
