Location was excellent for us. Communication with the host was easy and quick responses. Spacious property with a "home from home" feel. Beds were comfortable andTVs in every room was a hit. Lots of extras available too which was great - store cupboard amenities, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toilet roll, etc. all really handy extras!
The cleanliness of the property could be improved (previous towels were left on radiator in en suite bathroom), needed a good hoover throughout (hair on floors in bathrooms etc. on arrival) and the oven needs a deep clean.

The shower was great. The flat layout was good. Parking was convenient.
The flat was freezing when we arrived. The toilets were dirty. The duvets had seen better days. There was lots of damp patches particularly in the bathroom. There were stains on the bedroom ceiling. The washing machine cupboard door was broken. The side of the sofa was separating. The key safe was over a drain and we almost dropped the single key ...it was pitch black when we arrived.
